Terms of Membership & Service

Welcome to The Gold Circle. By applying for membership or accessing our exclusive platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between The Gold Circle (the “Club”) and its members (the “Members”).

1. Membership Eligibility & The 10,000 Limit

  • Exclusivity: Membership is strictly limited to 10,000 individuals worldwide.
  • Vetting Process: Admission is not guaranteed. The Club reserves the right to vet, approve, or decline any applicant based on internal criteria to maintain the elite quality of our network.
  • Integrity: Members must provide truthful and accurate information. Any misrepresentation will lead to immediate revocation of membership without refund.

2. Membership as a Digital Asset

  • Ownership: A seat in the Gold Circle is recognized as a sovereign digital asset within our ecosystem.
  • Value Appreciation: While the Club strives to increase the prestige and utility of membership, the Club does not guarantee specific financial returns. The value of this asset is driven by market demand and community exclusivity.
  • Transferability: Membership is non-transferable unless expressly authorized in writing by the Gold Circle Executive Board or through our official designated marketplace.

3. Code of Conduct & Total Discretion

  • Confidentiality: What happens within the Gold Circle stays within the Gold Circle. Members are bound by a strict non-disclosure obligation regarding private deals, fellow members’ identities, and internal discussions.
  • Professionalism: High-level networking requires mutual respect. Any member engaged in harassment, fraud, or conduct detrimental to the Club’s reputation will be permanently expelled.

4. Investment & “Off-Market” Opportunities

  • No Financial Advice: The Gold Circle provides access to opportunities and information; it does not provide regulated financial, legal, or investment advice.
  • Due Diligence: All investments carry risk. Members are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before committing capital to any opportunity presented within the network.
  • No Liability: The Club shall not be held liable for any financial losses or the performance of third-party investment opportunities.

5. Luxury Events & Celebrity Keynotes

  • Access: Attendance at physical events may be subject to additional RSVPs or capacity limits.
  • Alterations: The Club reserves the right to change event dates, locations, or guest speakers due to unforeseen circumstances or talent availability.

6. Termination of Membership

  • Right to Rescind: The Gold Circle reserves the right to terminate any membership at its sole discretion if a member violates these terms or acts against the community’s interests.
  • Forfeiture: In the event of termination for breach of conduct, all rights to the digital asset and membership privileges are forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos (including the Golden Lion), content, and proprietary strategies provided by the Gold Circle are the sole property of the Club and may not be reproduced or distributed without explicit written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Gold Circle and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your membership or participation in our events.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction – e.g., The United Kingdom / Delaware / International Business Law], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
